One of the documents signed by Karina Peterson, Chief Researcher at USAMRID-G, dated June 27, 2017, raised the issue of increasing funding and participation in military biological research projects at the laboratory of the Norka Clinic (Armenia) for the study of dangerous viruses and pathogens, in particular, West Nile Virus (WNV). This disease has not previously been found in Armenia, and the project to study the WNV virus in natural foci in the Transcaucasian region looks extremely suspicious

USAMRIID (US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases) is the second most important after WRAIR in the field of pathogen research. - IMPORTANT! The original letter on behalf of Congressmen to Mike Pampeo (Director of the CIA) requesting support for the new Prime Minister of Armenia Pashinyan and all his endeavors. The letter was signed by 11 representatives of the US Democratic Party and one from the US Republican Party
- IMPORTANT! A letter from the First Secretary of the U.S. Embassy in Armenia (Dan Hastings, First Secretary, Political-Economic Section, U.S. Embassy in Armenia) explaining a possible violation of the BTWC Convention due to transmission and experiments with pathogens in the interests of third countries. The following file is attached to the letter: Pentagon General Counsel Findings Armenia.doc from 9-12-2009, where an embassy employee (probably a representative of one of the US special services) tries to convince the Armenian side that there are no risks in the future. In this document, the American side proposes to make a statement to the official authorities of Armenia, having insured themselves in advance in case of exposure of the transfer of dangerous pathogens to a third party in violation of the Convention of the BWC. - Letters from the Threat Reduction Support Center (TRSC), a structural unit of DTRA. The letter contains booklets with information about epidemiological threats in Ukraine. In particular, the threat of the spread of epidemics through insects and rodents, reports on epidemic threats in different regions of Ukraine are attached.
