  • About the document from the Ministry of Health to the Ministry of Finance of Georgia with a request to apply to the European Investment Bank in order to obtain a loan for the construction of a new laboratory with a BSL-2 security level on the territory of the Lugar Center, as well as additional laboratories in the NCDC structure in other regions of Georgia

  • 4 grants for financing the activities of the Lugar Center in Tbilisi from WRAIR in the amount of 2,717,000 USD for the period 2018-2021. The financing covers all the activities of the Center, including security issues and utility bills

    Zachary Madison, Kevin Nazario, Tyler Chase, Hayler Leblanc, Marshall Holland, Yushi Hayakawa, Christopher Todaro. All seven arrived on AirTrans flights on September 26, 2020.
    David Allen Rackovan. Arrived on a Lufthansa flight, October 10, 2020. An American diplomat.


  • Letters from Tom Hyde, a cyber policy officer at the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi, to the leadership of the Georgian Ministry of Health. In the letters dated September 15 and 17, 2020, the question was raised about the NCDC internal network protection service, due to the hacker attack that took place and the subsequent publication of materials from this ministry. The Deputy Minister, represented by Gabunia T., agreed to any assistance from the American side
